FedEx, DHL, Blue Dart, EMS (India Post) and Air Mail
Tracking #(number) is provided by the shipping company, we will update your order with the tracking information & you may also track your shipment using the counter provided on our website or directly in the website of the shipping company. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the shipping charges. You can choose to not place your order at this stage.
We Prioritise shipping your orders as soon as possible with your chosen delivery option. All orders are generally dispatched within 24-48 working hours of being placed. Orders received before 12 P.M. IST (Indian Standard Time) are generally dispatched on the same business day. Whereas, orders received post that is shipped the next business day.
To cancel your order, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order with your order details and your order will stand canceled immediately.
For international shipping, We work primarily with FedEx, EMS (India Post) and Air Mail to deliver our teas worldwide. Express service of FedEx takes around 5-7 working days for delivery, EMS Speed Post takes around 12-24 working days for delivery & Air Mail takes around 15-28 working days for delivery.
For shipping to destinations within India, we work with EMS Speed Post & Air Mail by India Post for better shipping rates but longer delivery timeline, Blue Dart and FedEx couriers for express shipping
Our International delivery partner FedEx does not deliver orders on Saturday or Sundays.
Please note that the Customs in countries charge an additional amount as Custom Clearance fee. We at Darjeeling Tea Leaves try our best to work with the customs clearance departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer.
